30th Annual Broken Neck Trout Campout
 

 

Our 31st Annual Campout will occur on the weekend of September 10th through the 13th, 2015  (Thursday through Sunday). Camping fees must be paid before August 15. This is a hard cut off date. There will be a late registration fee of $20.00 after this date. Those who pay early and later have a change of plans will receive a refund of fees, provided we are notified by August 15th. All attendees must be in recovery and old enough to care for themselves. Attendance is by invitation only, and those who invite/sponsor first time attendees are responsible for letting them know what is expected of them.

Broken Neck Trout Campout Fees

All campers must pay the $93.00 fee.  (No exceptions!)
 

This fee and it only covers the period between Thursday to Sunday and it only covers tents on the ground plus dinner on Thursday, Breakfast and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Early campers, campers with RV’s, tent trailers, etc. must make additional arrangements with Pine Cliff Resort and pay their respective camping fees.

 

We have blocked out an area of the Pine Cliff Resort campground for our day camp and tent camping use. Campers arriving before Thursday, September 10th, and all campers with trailers or motor homes and those campers with rental units must make their own reservation directly with Pine Cliff at 760-648-7558. Let them know that you are with Broken Neck Trout Campout.

 

Upon arrival, everyone must sign in at the Pine Cliff office and receive your space assignment and wrist band. Your wristband will be removed at dinner on Thursday.  You must use your assigned space as all spaces are reserved.

 
GOLFERS: The Annual Carl Dake Invitational Golf Tournament is $100.00

Golf Tournament will be Shotgun start Friday September 5th at the Sierra Star course in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

All Prizes and Trophies are donated by the players. Please contact John Johnston, in Bakersfield or Rufus Ethington in San Diego if you have items to donate.

 

Rental trailers are available from Adventure in Camping (760) 935-4890

www.adventureincamping.com. This company will spot your trailer for you just as they did in previous years. You will have to make arrangements with both Adventure in Camping and Pine Cliff Resort.

Pine Cliff Resort is approximately 54 miles north of Bishop, CA and approximately 13 miles north of the turnoff to Mammoth Lakes, CA. on Highway 395. On Highway 395 north from Mammoth Lakes, CA, turn left (west) on Highway 158 to June Lake Village. Go approximately one mile and turn right (north) on North Shore Drive. Go approximately one mile and look for the Pine Cliff Resort sign on the right.

 

 

Campers arriving before the evening meal on Thursday, 04 September, will be responsible for their own meals. The BNTC camping meals include breakfast and the evening meal, beginning Thursday evening and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Each camper is responsible for all other meals, snacks and providing their own plates and utensils.

August 15, 2014 is the cutoff date for registration. Your registration must be in by that date to give us time to order the provisions. There will be a $20.00 late registration fee for all registrations received after 15 August 2014
